GeoDefender ("the App") is developed by Baguette Studio. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

1. Information We Collect

• Anonymous user identifier: When you first launch the App, an anonymous account is automatically created via Firebase Authentication. This identifier is used solely to associate your score with the leaderboard.
• Game data: Your wave progress, currency, tower upgrades, and high score are stored in Firebase Firestore under your anonymous identifier.
• Google account (optional): If you choose to sign in with Google, your display name and profile photo are stored alongside your score on the leaderboard. Sign-in is entirely optional.
• Purchase data: If you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed by Google Play. We do not collect or store payment details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To save your game progress across sessions
• To display your score on the global leaderboard
• To process and verify in-app purchases

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond the operation of the App.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except:

• Firebase (Google LLC): Used for authentication and data storage. See Firebase Privacy Policy.
• Google Play: Handles in-app purchases. See Google Privacy Policy.

4. Data Retention

Anonymous account data is retained until you uninstall the App or request deletion. If you signed in with Google, your leaderboard entry persists until you request its removal.

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the address below. We will delete your account and associated data within 30 days.

6. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised date.
